Dead Bodies Everywhere.

On the way to the Dale lands the party comes across the city of Tilverton, or whats left of it.  The city was full of dead bodies, the bodies were approx 2 weeks old.  As the party entered the city they noticed a person bent over one of the corpses.  As they approach they notice the person is a Drow.  Instead of pulling a Drew they decide to negotiate with him.  After a tense talk they find out the drow has been on the surface for sometime and he is also examining what is causing the dread ring.  The group also finds out that for the short time they were in the other dimension several years has passed here.  The Drow was invited to join the group and he accepted.  

Shortly after there was a glorious battle with a group of Shadowvar,  the party then continued on and came across 2 more Shadowvar that were spell casters. One teleported away at the beginning of the battle and the other one was killed.
