Head Mistress of the Skygge Guild .  She is a Medusae, and her gaze can turn you to stone. The Skygge Guild has existed and feared since humans can recall.  Her soul is linked to her bow, and upon her death, her soul is recalled to the bow.  She can be brought back to life by immersing her bow into a fresh water spring.  Her bow, is currently held by the Halfling Ranger, Boram Fleetfoot (Hero Party).  Person whom holds the bow, runs the guild.  Little is known how Lady Skygge can gain it back...

Naezorm Cobazon

Elf Mage - NPC

Sage/Magic Instructor from Vesern Isle Wizardry College.  One of the many teachers that taught Everise and many other Elves in the ways of magic.  Naezorm was with a group of other spellcasters seeking, answers to a  blighted area of dark evil magic.  This group of spell-casters hired the heroes to investigate, and find an ancient tome..

Elf Sorceror/Cleric - Level 2/3

    Everise was born on the Vesten Isle. His parents were given permission to have a child by the high elven leaders. On Vesten Isle elves need to get permission to have children, otherwise, the population would overcrowd the isle. 

    At the young age (by elven standards) of 200, he was accepted, as an apprentice, by the sorcerer Cale. He excelled under Cale's tutelage for more than 100 years. Then one fateful night, while he was learning how to craft a Staff of Power, it all went wrong. After the staff was crafted and imbued with magic, Everise was determined that it needed to be thoroughly tested. From Cale’s tower, as he was casting a powerful spell through the staff, something went horribly wrong and a section of the floating city was blasted off of the mainland. Without it being connected to the mainland, the magic that had been holding it aloft could no longer support it and it fell into the sea, killing many. 

    With the aide of his mentor Cale, his execution was reduced to exile from the elven cities. He is now currently living in Lahti, a larger frontier town of about 500. The towns people hate and fear all magic and all magic users that aren’t divinely inspired, to the point of public executions. Because of this, he is living as an outcast from the town he is living in, as well as, from his own people, and is forced to hide his calling to the arcane. He is patiently waiting for an adventuring group he can join up with to hopefully earn his right to rejoin his people.

Turgor the Terrifying 

Human Wizard - NPC

A great and powerful mage, that has lost a lot of his power and evilness due to getting old and feeble.  He is still powerful magic wise, as long as the somatic part, is not too demanding.  Torgar hobbles around on crutches, or cane mostly.  When he was younger:  He was an evil, violent, dictator, that seized what he wanted.  Now he has been more of a loyalist to the town he took over, and takes care of them.  What changed him?

He has trained and domesticated goblins to do his bidding.  He is still formidable, magic wise, but uses an Minotaur, that he trained and raised, to enable the frail wizard to be mobile (rides a harness on the Minotaurs back).
